About The Will For You
We understand that arranging your Will and planning for the inevitable is difficult and often emotional, which is why we treat every client meeting with sensitivity and care, and provide straightforward and practical advice.
All advice is provided by Melanie Johnson LLB who has over 15 years previous experience as a Solicitor in private practice and is now a Fellow of The Society of Will Writers.
The Business was initially established in 2004 and became The Will For You Limited in 2014.
We aim to look after all of our clients as individuals and we love to receive recommendations from clients as we take this as the highest compliment we could receive.

As a member of the Society of Will Writers, I adhere to their Code of Practice, provide them with proof of Professional Indemnity Insurance and complete at least 24 hours of continuous professional development (ongoing training) every year to maintain my membership. Thanks for visiting our website. My name is Melanie and I'm the Founder and Director at The Will For You. I've worked in the legal profession for over 15 years and was formally a solicitor. I'm one a very few who have been admitted to The Society of Will Writers as a Fellow and hold the designation - FSWW.
My aim is to provide all of our clients with a bespoke estate plan which is tailored to their circumstances.
As a non-practicing solicitor and someone who specialises in estate planning you'll get both a client-first service with the protection of your assets in place.
